It’s ages since this site has been updated. The last update was probably several years ago. At that time, the site was running Joomla. Well it’s certainly time to get things updated!
Much of the content from the old site will probably not make it over. That site was an upgrade from Movable Type of all things. So the idea of pouring over database logs and extracting entries is not something worth considering.
Given all of that, it’s best to start fresh. Kind of like reformatting a Windows machine to get that clean, optimized experience. The new site should run faster and be much more responsive.
